What helps us check it

Include the page address, the passage you are concerned about and a short explanation of the problem. A relevant official support page, product specification or store notice helps establish the current facts.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, account recovery details or complete redemption codes. If an order illustrates the issue, remove personal information before sharing an image.

How changes are handled

We assess the information against the source and the specific version, country or product involved. A material factual error is corrected on the affected page, with a dated note when needed to explain the change. A later change in a platform’s rules is treated as an update rather than a claim that the earlier rule never existed.
